OUR CLIENT: Our client, a health supplement company, was struggling to increase sales, particular subscriptions, for their immune support supplement. They had a well-established brand, but their online sales were not meeting their expectations. The supplement was priced at $40 for a one-month supply, but despite its popularity, the conversion rate on their website was only 1.5%.

The Solution

This project demonstrates the merits of data analysis. Without emphasizing rapid testing and experimentation, we would have never been able to reach such high performance metrics. PROBLEM:

The original landing page did not convey trustworthiness. It was cluttered with too many offers and SEO text. The company phone number was hidden against the background. Other markers of trust like the BBB logo and the company’s 100% Guarantee were at the bottom of the page, where most users will never scroll.

 

SOLUTION:

First we decluttered the main content area by removing the rotating banner and replacing it with one single, compelling offer. Then, we added brand logos to reinforce trust. Finally, we rearranged the search bar and phone number so that they were more visible and easy to access.

PROBLEM:

The original homepage and landing pages were extremely inconsistent in design. Some page elements did not match others including headlines, body copy, and visuals. The main product page template were scattered with misaligned imagery that in some cases looked like bugs rather than poor design decisions.

 

SOLUTION:

We fixed alignment issues, and typographical consistency, and we replaced certain imagery to achieve continuity throughout the website.

PROBLEM:

The main value proposition of our client was unclear. The original landing page relied on long, wordy text to explain the main benefits of their product, but most people do not have the patience to stick around for a time-consuming read.

 

SOLUTION:

We shifted the whole page’s focus to the number one benefit of our client’s product after distilling it down with our client’s team and our copywriters. We combined images and bulleted text points to make the value prop clear and concise.
